The project is to attract additional clients for our gas central heating boiler servicing business. Over 97% of new service customers repeat with us year on year. The 3% “loss” or negative churn is due to people moving home, passing away, emigration etc. However, our “net” churn is positive, in that those 3% of customers are more than compensated for by inward recommendations from happy customers to family, friends and colleagues.

You would receive a fee per new customer onboarded, and that fee repeats each year as those customers engage us again for their gas boiler servicing. This income stream is, therefore, exponential and without limit.

Our current engineering capacity is to service around 180 boiler per week more than we already do. We can grow our engineering team as necessary.

Let’s assume that you were able to help us attract 9,000 new customers in year 1, and 9,000 per annum thereafter:

Payment is results based, and your revenue share would be as follows:

Year 1 - £38,700

Year 2 - £77,400

Year 3 - £116,100

Year 4 - £154,800

Year 5 - £193,500

And so on.  

Without limits.

The agreement between us would feature an undertaking from you clearly stating that you would not provide your services to another business in the domestic central heating industry during the continuance of our agreement.

In turn, we would give you an undertaking that the repeat fees per service customer would continue indefinitely, even if we were to conclude that we had reach market saturation in our area of operation. To clarify, should we decide that there is no benefit to continue the search for additional new customers, you would continue to receive your payments as described above.

The monetary values mentioned above related only to the revenue from annual boiler servicing. Service customers are a fertile source of other new business for us, such as replacement boilers, heating upgrades etc. You would also receive generous rewards from any such business, in addition to the revenue shares mentioned above.
