Why is this boiler care plan better value than others?
You could take out a plan with some companies that offer free parts and labour. Those plans typically cost from £25 to £35 per month. The issue is that if you have an older boiler which is more likely to break down, you might find that the terms and conditions exclude your particular problem at the time.
Equally, if you have a newer boiler, which is less likely to misbehave, you could be paying out £200 a year more than necessary. If you boiler is still under a manufacturer’s warranty, a parts and labour plan is a complete waste of money.
What happens if I join your plan and my boiler breaks down?
We’ll attend your problem in a very timely fashion. If the issue means that you have no heating or no hot water, we will attend the SAME DAY provided you report the problem by 1pm.
If your boiler is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll manage your claim. We’ll report the matter for you, tell the manufacturer what we believe the problem to be, and liaise with you regarding their repair visit appointment.
If your boiler is not under warranty, we’ll quote you for the required parts / repair. As a member of our boiler care plan, you’ll enjoy a substantial discount from our usual charging rate for that repair.

How and why do you offer big discounts on repairs & upgrades?
Our buying power means that we typically receive 30% to 50% discount from list price for parts, components and heating products. Simply put, we share that discount with you. Rather than charging you the normal retail price, we give you half of our discount as a reduction from the price we quote.
Is there a minimum period I must join for?
No, absolutely not. You are free to cancel at any time, simply by contacting your bank and cancelling your direct debit. Your benefits under our plan would cease on the last day of that month.


Every boiler manufacturer issues instructions regarding the recommended service method of their appliance. These instructions are known as the Manufacturer’s Instructions, or MIs for short.
Actual service methodology will vary slightly from one boiler to another, but the itemisation below is a fair description of what sort of service you'll receive each year.
