What's included?
You could take out a service plan for your boiler and heating that costs over £25 per month. Some plans are well over £30 / £35 each month. This type of plan usually offers free parts and labour for any repairs you might need.
The downside is that if your boiler is old and rickety, you’re unlikely to be accepted. You’ll only be accepted if your boiler is perceived to be a low risk. That makes such plans pretty poor value for money.
We believe our offering gives you the best possible option. For a fixed monthly fee, we thoroughly service your boiler / appliances each year and provide unlimited free call-outs to absolutely any plumbing, heating or drainage problem. We’re here for you 365 days a year.
If chargeable repairs are ever needed, these are carried out at trade rates rather than at retail prices, keeping costs to a minimum.
If you ever need a small repair that can be carried out quickly, and without the need for parts, these repairs are included in your plan at no extra cost.
We don’t tie you in to contract periods and there’s no small print to speak of. We aim to keep you with us by simply being fair and providing good, old-fashioned service.
If your next due boiler service is more than 6 months away, you simply start paying the monthly subscription and your benefits on our plan begin immediately.
If your boiler is in more urgent need of service, we’ll agree a contribution with you toward the cost of that first ever service.
All future services are included in the plan.
All boiler manufacturers provide installation and service instructions for each model of boiler they offer. The importance of maintaining a boiler as per these instructions cannot be stressed highly enough.
Many boiler servicing businesses have their own views on what a service should include, and those views do not always align with what the boiler manufacturer recommends.
We service every boiler as per the Manufacturer’s Instructions to ensure the most reliable and efficient operation of the boiler throughout the year.
