£7500 grants for private landlords

Right now, private landlords can receive a grant of £7500 toward replacing a gas boiler in their rental property with a modern, super-efficient heat pump.
These grants are not means tested, so the tenant doesn’t necessarily need be in receipt of benefits.
Further good news is that installing a heat pump will lift the property’s EPC rating by at least one band.
Multiple grants can be claimed by landlords who have multiple properties, and properties held in a Limited company are still eligible.

Conversely, when you hear about someone who is delighted with their heat pump it is because they were correctly advised before deciding to go ahead, and then the installation was carried out properly.
